This contract opportunity is designed for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) interested in working within a dynamic charter school environment located in Eden Prairie, MN. This part-time position involves working approximately two days per week, with the potential for 2-3 days depending on needs.
The caseload includes approximately 35 students ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade (ages 5–14). The student population is diverse, with academic, behavioral, and related service needs, making this role ideal for professionals who thrive in inclusive and supportive educational settings.
Key responsibilities include delivering speech and language services through a variety of models: push-in, pull-out, and consultative approaches. The role supports collaboration within a dedicated special education team to provide comprehensive support. Additionally, the position utilizes SPEDForms for Individualized Education Program (IEP) management, ensuring organized and compliant documentation.

Qualifications and desired experience:
- Credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience preferred
- Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with relevant school or healthcare experience
- Experience working with K-8 students in educational or healthcare settings
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and hybrid delivery
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
