Responsibilities
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups
- Monitor, document, and communicate student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding student communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
- Provide services addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other speech-language needs as appropriate
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CF candidates may be considered
- Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and helping students reach their full potential
Compensation & Benefits

- Compensation for both direct and indirect services
- Non-taxable stipends and travel support for your journey
- Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $55.00 per hour
