Professional Qualifications:
- Must possess active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience in pediatric speech-language therapy, preferably in school-based environments
- Strong ability to plan, implement, and document therapy for diverse K-8 populations
- Excellent communicative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in working with varying student needs and collaborating with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments for K-8th grade students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and offer recommendations for services
- Deliver therapy both individually and in group settings, cultivating an inclusive and supportive environment
