Travel Speech and Language Pathologist - Milton, FL
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available with an immediate start through May 28th in Milton, FL. This travel position supports an intermediate school setting, offering the chance to work with a diverse student population in a dynamic educational environment. Candidates with an active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those holding an SLP license will be considered. Additionally, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are welcomed to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and individualized speech-language therapy services to students
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to students’ communication needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with intermediate-grade students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to meet diverse student needs
- For SLPAs, relevant certification and experience assisting licensed SLPs in school environments
