Make a meaningful difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC or CF) in a dynamic school district in the East Milton, Florida area. This onsite, school-based opportunity gives you the chance to support K–12 students by addressing a wide range of speech and language needs in a collaborative and student-focused environment.

What you’ll bring:

  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC or CF welcome)
  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but passionate clinicians are encouraged to apply
  • Experience working with diverse communication disorders across elementary through high school populations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, educators, and families
  • Solid organizational and documentation abilities to ensure compliance with state and district standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, onsite therapy services to K–12 students with varying speech and language needs
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Partner with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with Texas and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the program
