A dynamic opportunity awaits skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) interested in making a difference in elementary education. This full-time contract position focuses on providing support to students in grades K-5, with an approximate caseload of 45 pupils. The assignment begins in August 2026 and runs through the end of May 2027, offering stability and the chance to develop meaningful relationships with students and staff alike.
As an essential member of the team, you will deliver services in person, collaborating within a vibrant school environment located near Milton, FL. The precise number of campuses you’ll support will be determined, but all work will be conducted on-site, engaging directly within school communities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and active SLP state credentials and ASHA CCC certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and students
- Availability to complete a brief eligibility interview during morning or afternoon hours (flexible scheduling available)
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Work closely with educators and families to support student success
- Participate in school meetings and professional development
