Speech Language Pathologist in Milton, FL

This full-time, contract-based role calls for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC credentials to deliver on-site services. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active licensure and CCC-SLP certification in good standing
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong clinical fellowship experience may be considered
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work across assigned schools as needed
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students (approx. 45 on caseload)
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group formats
- Maintain accurate and timely records of progress, session notes, and reporting requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Educate and consult with educators and parents to support carryover of therapy goals in classroom and home environments
- Uphold district and state guidelines for special education services
This opportunity runs from August 12, 2026, through May 25, 2027, offering a standard workweek of 37.5 hours (7.5 hours per day). Assignments may span multiple campuses, with caseload specifics determined at placement.
