Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellowship (CF) applicants also considered
- Recent experience in a school environment strongly preferred
- Knowledgeable in assessment and intervention strategies for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and educators
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, attendance, and evaluations
- Consult with classroom teachers and support staff to support integration of therapy strategies into general education
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required
