Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mill Valley, CA

Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Prior experience in educational settings and with the school-aged population
- CTC (California Teaching Credential) is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
- Proficiency in assessment, intervention planning, and ongoing therapy documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech and language services directly to students as part of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure tailored supports for each learner
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress using evidence-based practices
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide expertise to the team on communication disorders
- Maintain diligent records and uphold compliance with school and district policies
