Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Milford, PA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school or educational setting
- Strong knowledge of assessments, treatment planning, and development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and school staff
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs and develop targeted intervention plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, focusing on articulation, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consult with teachers and parents to support classroom learning and integrate therapy goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and help create strategies that foster students’ academic and social success
