Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification
- Experience working in school settings, specifically with elementary and middle school populations
- Strong collaborative and communication skills to work efficiently within an SLP team
- Proficient in designing, implementing, and tracking IEPs and speech-language interventions
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across elementary and middle school grades
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and school goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expertise and progress with multidisciplinary teams
