Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Current license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or eligibility for DE state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or CFY considered
- Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Prior experience in a K-12 or school-based setting is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
- Prepare and maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and student progress reviews
- Provide outreach, consultation, and education to teachers, staff, and families
