Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) eligibility
- Eligible for or current Wisconsin state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, with a solid understanding of school-based service delivery
- Previous work with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Provide both direct and consultative services, including via teletherapy where feasible
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team
- Support students’ social and academic success through therapeutic intervention
