Desired Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- School-based SLP experience preferred
- Flexibility and openness to onsite and hybrid work models
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an interprofessional team
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite (with potential for hybrid) speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and review individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school requirements and best practices
