Speech Language Pathologist in Kerman, CA

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in a school-based setting
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and adaptable for on-site or hybrid environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and articulation assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that target identified needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting requirements
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, tailored to student goals
