ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a school-based, contracted position near Medina, TN for the 26/27 school semester. This position supports students in grades K-5 with a variety of communication needs, helping them achieve meaningful progress in their educational environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Proven experience working in school-based settings
- Comfortable working onsite (this is not a remote position)
- Skilled in providing therapy and assessment for elementary students (K-5)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in grades K through 5
- Collaborate closely with general and special education teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary planning
- Support students’ communication goals within classroom and small group settings
