Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP licensure in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy in Spanish to support one student’s IEP
- Participate in team meetings to determine service delivery model and frequency
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to monitor progress
- Provide documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Adapt therapy methods for cultural and linguistic relevance
