Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in educational settings
- Prior experience providing speech-language services within schools strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A positive and student-centered approach to service delivery
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy per IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate data and documentation for student progress
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school community
