Qualifications:
- Current and valid CA SLPA License required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical skills are welcome
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students as directed by an SLP
- Support implementation of IEP goals and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate documentation
- Attend meetings and participate in team discussions as needed
