Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience providing services in K-12 educational settings
- Current Ohio state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or familiarity with school-based SLP programs is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate and consult with teachers, staff, and families
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and document progress
- Support case management, develop plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Engage in professional development and adopt best practices
