Job Details:

- Service Locations: Two school locations plus one home-bound visit
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for preschool-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and reports
- Provide home-based speech therapy services for one assigned student
