The schedule offers four full days each week, with the possibility of a half-day on Wednesday, and each day spans 6.5 hours, ensuring a balanced workweek and time to focus on meaningful intervention.
Qualifications:
- Hold current licensure as an SLP or SLPA, with state certification as required
- Experience or knowledge in early childhood intervention and development
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a school-based team

- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy to early childhood students as determined by IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Document sessions and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Supervise and coordinate with the assisting SLPA to maximize service delivery
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to IEP development, and offer professional insight
