Early Childhood Education (ECE) Licensed School Speech Therapist - Higginsville, Missouri

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active state licensure as an SLP or SLPA; certification required
- Specialized experience or genuine interest in Early Childhood speech and language services
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for young learners
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and perform evaluations for early childhood students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings and provide expert input into student support plans
- Mentor or collaborate with the onsite SLPA to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Engage students with tailored interventions that spark communication growth
