Key Qualifications:
- Current certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience or strong interest in early childhood caseloads
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques for preschool-aged children
- Comfortable working with a diverse group of approximately 32 early childhood students
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Role Highlights:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable on-site SLPA for support and teamwork
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Consult with teachers and staff to integrate strategies into the classroom setting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to student success
