Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
Location: Marion, OH (ZIP: 43302)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Term: Full 2026/2027 School Year
Caseload & Responsibilities
Population: Strictly Middle School student caseload.
Caseload Size: Maximum of 80 kiddos, ensuring a clear, defined cap on your programmatic responsibilities.
Service Delivery: Conduct speech and language screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and implement direct therapy sessions as outlined in student IEPs.
Collaboration: Work alongside middle school educators, intervention specialists, and families to support academic communication, social-emotional development, and functional goals.
Qualifications
Licensure: Active (or pending) Ohio State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Certifications: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but we are fully open to and equipped to support excellent Clinical Fellows (CFY) with dedicated mentorship.
Skills: Strong time-management proficiency and the ability to maintain compliant, timely IEP documentation.
