School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Marietta, Georgia

Desired Qualities and Experience:
- Current, valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience or comfort working with K-12 student populations
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Familiarity with providing services via teletherapy is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to students with a variety of speech and language disorders in the K-12 setting
- Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students' needs and progress
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and consultation as needed
- Choose onsite or teletherapy service delivery based on program needs and personal preference
