Middle School Grades K - 5 Speech Language Pathologist in Maple Valley, WA

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Recent experience providing speech-language services within school settings
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with students ranging from Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school
- Ability to engage and motivate students at various developmental stages
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop customized intervention plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP development and progress reports
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and families
- Utilize evidence-based practices and creative techniques to enhance student outcomes
