Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility in Minnesota
- Previous experience providing speech therapy within school environments is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop targeted intervention plans and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress monitoring
- Offer guidance and training to education staff regarding speech and language strategies
