- Experience working within school settings, with preschool to 6th-grade students preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, staff, and families
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to a caseload of 36-40 students, supporting communication and language development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and developmental needs
- Maintain detailed records, track student progress, and complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Offer guidance, support, and resources to teachers and families regarding speech/language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as appropriate
