Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Manson, WA

Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Prior experience working in a school setting strongly preferred
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to a range of student needs and grade levels (K-12)
- Strong organizational skills to manage evaluations, therapy sessions, and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and re-evaluations according to student needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date records and accurate session notes
- Work collaboratively with educators and families to foster supportive learning environments
- Serve as a resource for staff on communication strategies and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
