Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in evaluation, goal development, and delivery of both individual and group therapy
- Understanding of elementary school age needs, especially articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, social-pragmatic skills, and AAC
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized education plans
- Provide direct therapy and ongoing progress monitoring for students with varied communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Implement and support use of AAC high-tech devices
