Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
  • Current state license for practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, adaptable attitude and dedication to helping diverse learners succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide group and one-on-one interventions, monitoring student progress and adjusting methods as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, student data, and required documentation
  • Participate in eligibility meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
