- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required

- Possess ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in schools preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, adaptable attitude and dedication to helping diverse learners succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide group and one-on-one interventions, monitoring student progress and adjusting methods as needed
- Maintain accurate records, student data, and required documentation
- Participate in eligibility meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
