Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students in group and individual settings
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and in-service training
- Adapt therapy and materials to support diverse student backgrounds and learning styles
