Desired Qualifications:
- Current Ohio SLP licensure and ODE certification required
- CCC or CFY considered
- Clinical background in pediatric speech-language pathology, with school-based experience preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Ability to travel between school sites and adapt to varied caseloads and environments
- Excellent communication with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students from PreK through 12th grade
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Serve as a consultative resource for teachers and support staff
- Maintain accurate progress records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with families to encourage carryover and ongoing support at home
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, contributing expertise to best support student outcomes
