Ludlow, MA, in the picturesque Lower Pioneer Valley, serves as your primary location—offering a blend of charming small-town life and proximity to New England’s cultural and scenic hotspots. You’ll be working a school-year assignment (late August 2026 through mid-June 2027, with an estimated 32.5 hours per week) in the Compass High Program at Ludlow High School. This position offers exceptional professional growth in a highly supportive, innovative setting.

Qualifications:

  • Meet all state and licensure requirements for SLPA or Clinical Fellowship
  • Demonstrated experience and confidence working with AAC devices
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, especially in specialized or autism support settings
  • Skilled communicator and collaborative team player

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to high school students with ASD/learning differences
  • Support individual academic and independence goals through evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with special educators, behavior specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
