You’ll be working a school-year assignment (late August 2026 through mid-June 2027, with an estimated 32.5 hours per week) in the Compass High Program at Ludlow High School. This position offers exceptional professional growth in a highly supportive, innovative setting.
Qualifications:
- Meet all state and licensure requirements for SLPA or Clinical Fellowship
- Demonstrated experience and confidence working with AAC devices
- Previous school-based experience preferred, especially in specialized or autism support settings
- Skilled communicator and collaborative team player
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to high school students with ASD/learning differences
- Support individual academic and independence goals through evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with special educators, behavior specialists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
