Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Current Ohio Speech-Language Pathology licensure (SLP) and ODE credential required
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and SLP candidates with healthcare or pediatric backgrounds are welcome
- Prior experience evaluating and treating school-aged children and adolescents
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for different age groups
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel locally between school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students across PreK-12th grades
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
- Maintain detailed records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Adapt to varying caseloads as you travel between assigned schools
