Desired Background and Experience:
- Hold a current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or be a Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF)
- Minimum of 2+ years working in California school settings
- At least 1 year of experience using SEIS documentation systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage large caseloads and respond capably to increased referrals
- Prefer experience supervising SLPAs alongside designated facilitators
- Bilingual Spanish skills valued, though not mandatory
- Adaptable to a fast-paced, school-based environment
Responsibilities to Expect:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services onsite (no virtual work options)
- Handle evaluation, therapy, and documentation for diverse student populations
- Oversee and direct SLPAs with appropriate supervision and collaboration
- Maintain accurate reports and manage workflow via SEIS
- Serve both English and bilingual Spanish-speaking students as needed
- Participate actively in student support meetings and contribute professional insights
This role offers one full-time opening, at 37.5 hours per week, with strong support structures and the likely presence of an SLPA. Both SLPs and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply.
