- Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience in California.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing SEIS documentation platform.
- Strong background managing high caseloads and processing referrals efficiently.
- Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitator support is highly valued.
- Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred and rewarded, though not mandatory.
- Ability and willingness to work fully onsite; teletherapy is not offered for this position.
Role Highlights:
- Work 37.5 hours per week across a full school year calendar.
- Support students’ communication skills, working closely with other SLPs and likely with SLPA assistance.
- Use data-driven methods for assessment, documentation, and goal-setting via SEIS.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality, individualized speech and language services.
- Provide oversight and guidance to SLPAs when needed.
