Speech Language Pathologist in Fresno, CA

Your background working as an SLP-CCC, particularly in school settings, will be valued as you support diverse learners across a robust caseload. While serving onsite, you’ll have the professional support you need and the potential to mentor SLPA team members. Bilingual (Spanish) skills are appreciated and will be rewarded, but fluency is not a requirement—the most important qualities are your expertise and dedication to student success.
Desired Credentials & Experience:
- Current SLP-CCC certification with at least 2+ years of California school-based experience
- At least 1 year of documented SEIS experience
- Strong ability to manage high caseloads and address referrals efficiently
- Experience supervising SLPAs alongside facilitators is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred but not required
- Committed to working onsite (remote opportunities are not available)
- Willing to accept SLP-CFs; SLPAs are not eligible for this position
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to K–12 students
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and support staff on student progress and interventions
- Assisting with assessment and referral processes
- Supervising and supporting SLPAs as applicable
- Maintaining meticulous documentation in SEIS
For monolingual SLPs, the role offers a competitive pay rate of $65 per hour, with an enhanced rate of $71 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers.
