Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible SLP license and certification in Michigan
- Accepts CCC-SLP or CFY candidates
- Experience or strong interest in working in schools, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Positive, collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 22 elementary school students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in meetings, student evaluations, and team planning as needed
