School Speech and Language Pathologist | Everett, Washington
Step into an engaging onsite Speech-Language Pathologist assignment supporting K-12 students in a school-based setting near Everett, WA. Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in a school setting or working with K-12 populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, positive learning atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech/language therapy services for students across grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Provide guidance and resources to support students’ communication goals within classrooms
- Maintain accurate, timely records and adhere to all school and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development as needed
