• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Prior experience providing speech therapy in school environments (elementary, middle, and high school students)

• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and deliver individualized therapy onsite for students across K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate records of progress, treatment plans, and IEP compliance
• Engage in consultation and provide training to school staff and families as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to case management
