This flexible, contract position offers 23-24 hours weekly, spread across four days, with on-site presence required 2-3 days per week.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Strong background in assessment and intervention for early childhood and primary grades
- Experience with speech-only and multidisciplinary caseloads
- Skilled in IEP planning, documentation, and providing support to case managers
- Genuine passion for helping young children thrive in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as case manager for 25 students receiving speech-only services, overseeing plans, documentation, and progress tracking
- Deliver speech-language therapy, both individually and in groups, for preschool through 2nd grade
- Collaborate with SPED team members to support an additional 7-10 students with complex needs, providing IEP input and consultation
- Develop and implement effective, evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
- Cultivate positive relationships with students, families, and staff to foster optimal learning and communication growth
- Maintain compliance with all documentation and reporting requirements
