A rewarding opportunity awaits a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) seeking a meaningful, part-time contract position working with young learners. This role involves providing high-quality speech services to preschool through second grade students, with responsibilities as both direct therapist and supportive team member. The assignment is structured at approximately 23-24 hours over four days each week, with an expectation of being on site two to three days per week.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid SLP-CCC certification
  • Experience working with early childhood or elementary-aged students, ideally preschool through 2nd grade
  • Familiarity in conducting speech therapy and intervention in a school environment
  • Ability to manage a speech-only caseload as primary case manager (25 students)
  • Comfort providing collaborative IEP support for an additional 7-10 students who receive both speech and special education services
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to a flexible, part-time schedule and on-site presence as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in individual or small group settings
  • Serve as case manager for a caseload focused on speech-only needs
  • Support IEP teams and provide consultative input for students with multiple service requirements
  • Monitor, document, and report on student progress toward IEP goals
  • Communicate with staff and families to support student outcomes
