School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Fort Lupton, Colorado

Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of an accredited SLPA program
• Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC) or SLPA
• Experience with school-aged children preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Comfortable managing diverse caseloads
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Role Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations and progress
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations as needed
• Uphold all district, state, and federal guidelines related to student services
