Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Longmont, CO

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Holds current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Bilingual therapists encouraged to apply, but monolingual candidates will be welcomed and valued
- Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and dedication to supporting students’ success
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide direct assessment and intervention for students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans based on IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Document sessions and maintain accurate progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Adapt therapy techniques to fit student needs, including culturally and linguistically relevant approaches
