You’ll work on-site, providing direct services to a diverse caseload of 55-60 students, collaborating closely with case managers assigned at each campus. Commutes are capped at one hour or twenty miles, ensuring your work-life balance is a top priority, and your assignment will likely cover between one and four schools.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active California SLP license
- Valid CTC document on file (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status (CFs considered, provided clinical supervision is arranged)
- School-based SLP experience is highly valued, but strong clinical skills in any relevant setting are welcome
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services tailored to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and case managers to support students’ communication needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with special education regulations
- Utilize assessment materials—reimbursement for materials is budgeted to support your work
This position features 40-hour work weeks, structured as 7:30am to 4:00pm, offering consistency as you make a difference in students’ everyday lives. Part-time arrangements cannot be accommodated at this time, and this is an exclusively on-site role.
