School Speech Language Pathologist - Winder, GA

This school-based, full-time contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist offers the chance to deliver impactful services throughout the 2026–2027 school year. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate student needs, oversee speech-language interventions, and provide ongoing support that directly influences educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students with communication challenges
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records, progress notes, and required compliance documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and engage in collaborative planning with educators and specialists
- Partner with teachers, administrators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and families
- Offer classroom strategies and consultation to promote student progress
- Adapt intervention strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Georgia SLP license and/or educator certification, as required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, though pediatric experience is welcomed
- Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and organization
