Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Georgia state licensure (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Prior school-based experience is strongly preferred
- Pediatric experience or a genuine desire to work with children
- Commitment to collaborative practice and delivering the highest standard of care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services tailored to students’ unique goals
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to foster student success
