Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address various communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Attend team meetings and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
- Provide consultation and in-classroom support as necessary
