- Prior school-based or pediatric SLP experience is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, staff, and parents
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs and conducting assessments
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, delivering both group and individual sessions
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments, documenting progress and creating meaningful goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with educational staff and families
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
