In this full-time role, you'll manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, supporting their communication development and actively collaborating with educators, administrators, and families. You'll join a welcoming school environment where contracted professionals are truly valued and encouraged to integrate seamlessly into the school culture. To ensure you're prepared and comfortable in your new role, you'll have the option to come in a day or two before the school year begins to get acquainted with staff, systems, and your workspace.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Michigan state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in school settings with diverse student needs

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for students (PK-8)
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
  • Engage parents, teachers, and support staff in students’ progress
  • Travel between two school buildings as needed
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities
