Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC certification
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with PK-8th grade students
- Michigan SLP licensure (or eligibility)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in a diverse student population
- Provide direct therapy sessions as well as consultative services to staff and families
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
