What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY (we’re open to Clinical Fellows)
- California SLP license (or eligibility)
- Passion for working with K-12 students across a range of communication needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to in-person service delivery
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, diagnostics, and developing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering direct and consultative therapy services to students
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress
- Maintaining timely and accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participating as a valuable member of IEP teams
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
