What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services including screening, testing, diagnosing, and providing recommendations for student needs.
  • Engage in planning and oversight of students’ individualized plans and monitor ongoing progress.
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to craft and adjust effective intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school, state, and federal regulations.
  • Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • Must hold a G License from the NC Department of Public Instruction.
  • Eligibility for, or current license from, the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists a plus.
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
